This is the first of five sample packs that will, when finished, include every preset from the Sequential Prophet-5. Our goal was to create high-quality instruments to be used on the Octatrack, Digitakt 1/2, Polyend Tracker, M8 Tracker, and other phrase samplers. I think we succeeded at this.

Sample Chains Instructions:

Digitakt 1/2: Load sample into Grid Machine. Set slice grid to 4. Use slices 1-4 as octaves, do not set slice to NOTE. Lock in notes on trig page or use the keyboard.

Octatrack: Load sample into a STATIC or FLEX machine slot. Turn slice on. Open audio editor and make a slice grid of 4 slices. In the SRC page use slices as octaves. Lock in semi-tones via the PITCH control or live record in CHROMATIC mode with the keyboard.

Dirtywave M8 Tracker: Load sample into a sample instrument. Go to sample editor. Make a slice grid of 4 slices. Leave slice turned off and use the SLI command 0-3 to change octaves. Enter notes normally.

For all samplers with slicing: Load the sample chain into your instrument and set the slice amount to 4. Slices become your octave switch, giving you much greater audio fidelity when playing notes.
